I must say "Thank You" to you and Around the Towns for the service that you provide to small businesses. I can attribute 28 new customers to the ad we place in your publication monthly. People tend to hold on to the paper and scan it when they need something, which means that the ad doesn't just hit when it arrives on the prospective customer's door - it stays around for weeks.
Putting an ad in monthly has given us a bit of name recognition, too, which is always helpful for a small business. We haven't a large budget for advertising - but I can tell you that whatever other marketing venues we try, we will continue to advertise monthly in Around the Towns. It is a huge bang for the buck.
I've passed your name on to several small business owners with the caveat that they better have someone to man the phone after they put an ad in Around the Towns!

65 people in attendance for our hearty soup and bread
luncheon.
